The Arts and Disability Connect Scheme supports artists with disabilities and disabled artists to develop their practice and connect with other professional artists and arts organisations in Ireland. The Arts and Disability Connect Scheme is managed by Arts and Disability Ireland, the national development agency for arts and disability, on behalf of the Arts Council. Application forms, guidelines, Easy Read information and FAQs are available on the Arts and Disability website. Please make sure to download and read these documents in good time before making an application. Artists and people supporting them to apply can contact Arts and Disability Ireland to book one-on-one applicant support. Plan ahead and allow plenty of time to help submit your completed application before the deadline. Once you have completed the steps in the Before You Apply section, it’s time to start preparing your application. When you’ve completed your application form and gathered your supporting documents, it’s time to submit your application We assess all eligible applications that we receive. Our aim is to make sure that the system for awarding funding is fair and transparent. You will be notified by email to let you know if your application has been successful or not. We want our funding schemes and the work we support to be accessible to everyone.
