TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED: Projects using downstream space data and services to design, scale up, commercialise or adopt space-enabled green solutions that contribute to more sustainable and circular business practices, processes and products. Three project types are supported: Ideation projects for research-focused activities for new or immature ideas; Scale-Up projects for testing and validation of proven concepts; and Commercialisation projects supporting the final steps towards solution validation. Eligible services may cover technical, business, social and environmental, and funding and financing activities delivered by External Service Providers. SECTORS / DOMAIN: Space-enabled green and digital solutions with a particular focus on circularity and resource efficiency, sustainable management of primary, secondary and critical raw materials, and improved environmental monitoring. INDIVIDUAL OR CONSORTIUM: Applications must be submitted by single entities. Eligible applicants are self-employed individuals, micro enterprises, small enterprises and medium-sized enterprises, including start-ups and scale-ups. Consortia are not eligible under this call. SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must be legally registered, by the call deadline, in an EU Member State and its Overseas Countries and Territories or in a Horizon Europe Associated Country, including Switzerland.
