Proposals must address all three research topics, paying particular attention to cross-cutting issues of gender, ethnicity, and social inclusion. Proposals should include the perspective of care givers as well as those receiving care. In particular, the launch of the call, the closing date and the duration differ for each project. Each call for 'flash' projects is open to the entire Belgian scientific community (universities, higher education institutions, higher education institutions, higher education institutions of applied sciences, federal scientific institutions, public research centres, not-for-profit organisations having the pursuit of scientific research in their statutes).
